Human Resources is pleased to announce improvements in the administrative hiring process. This document outlines changes and includes the revised applicant pool report.  Hiring managers should continue to refer to the existing Recruitment and Selection Guide for general information on recruitment (search plans, waivers, reasons for selection and advertising) and consult with central human resources staff at the Morningside or the Medical Center campuses as needed.
