This Toolkit is designed for your convenience as a busy manager. It consolidates HR procedural information and the HR manager forms you need as you work with Faculty and Staff at Columbia.

The Transaction Information Guide (TIG) is the home of tutorials for frequent transactions, developed based on your feedback and University policy. The TIG is also a center for announcements about Manager Self-Service, the HR Processing Center, and procedural updates.
