OfficersIn accordance with Columbia's Performance Appraisal Policy, all Officers of Administration should receive written feedback about their performance at least once a year. We have developed a new Guide to Performance Management and a new Performance Appraisal Form to assist you. | Support StaffSupport staff employees are considered to be on probationary status for a sixty calendar-day period beginning with the date of employment. During the probationary period, either the employee or the department may terminate employment without notice, and the employee is not entitled to use grievance procedures. Timely completion of the probationary performance evaluation form is thus a very important activity for the hiring department. Form |
