New Earning Codes

We created nine new Earnings Codes in PeopleSoft to facilitate a few special summer employment situations. 

• SA1 – SA3: These three new Earnings Codes are for departments to pay Student Officers that are working outside of their Administrative Department.
  
• SS4 – SS9: These six new Earnings Codes are for the School of Continuing Education to pay Summer Session employees at the Flat tax rate, with or without benefits.
