
The HR Process Center has received several calls regarding an inability to print PAFs because employees who were terminated in 2005 or earlier are not showing up on the DA Employee List in MSS.
We wanted to let you know that this is a display issue and we are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Also, we wanted to confirm that the data is still in the system and can be retrieved. To print these past PAFs:
Access Manager Self-Service and navigate to Employee Personal Info, as you would normally.
Enter the "Transaction Effective Date" and click on the "Go" button. You should now get the listing of employees that is incomplete.
Scroll down, if needed. Click the "Search for an Employee" button at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to a search function where you will be able to search by either EmplID or Last Name.
Once you have retrieved the record, you will be able to print the PAF as before.
