Emergency Check Requests

- As is our current practice, we do not issue emergency checks (manual checks) because of late paperwork.
- We run a weekly payroll every Tuesday for Friday pay day. We will issue checks on the next weekly payroll for any paperwork received after the deadline that did not get entered in time for the monthly payroll assuming the paperwork is accurate, complete, and approved.
- Example: If an employee did not get paid on the monthly payroll for check date 7/29/2005, the next available payroll is for check date of Friday 8/5/2005. This cycle will repeat each week until all employees are paid.
