NEW Open Enrollment events for you

Open Enrollment for 2008 is October 29 – November 16, 2007, and we would like to help you prepare. We have Expo posters and postcards available for your use, and we are also proud to announce the new Columbia University Benefits Enrollment System. We’ve also designed some new information sessions to help you plan.

SPECIAL INFORMATION SESSIONS FOR DAs and HR MANAGERS

To introduce our new online Benefits Enrollment System and answer your questions about Open Enrollment, we invite you to attend a special information session. You are welcome to attend the meeting that is most convenient for you.

REQUEST PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

This year, we have four major promotional pieces:

• We have developed a new At A Glance guide, explaining how to navigate the new Benefits Enrollment System.
• You recently received our “How can Open Enrollment Benefit You?” postcard. We have a limited number of extra cards available for your use.
• Beginning Wednesday, October 17, we will also have our Expo postcards available.
• Expo posters will be available soon; please let us know how many you would like and which campus you work at.
