Direct Deposit Campaign & Payroll Information Sessions

Direct Deposit Campaign

• The Payroll Department, in collaboration with the Office of the Treasury, is excited to announce the launch of a University-wide Direct Deposit Campaign.
• We have created a Direct Deposit Packet that will be distributed to all active Columbia employees currently receiving a live payroll check, including Officers, Support Staff, Work Study, and Casual. The Packet includes a color brochure listing the participating banks, their locations, and special officers provided to Columbia employees; a Direct Deposit Overview sheet; and a Direct Deposit Form.
• The packets will be distributed three times between September 2005 and June 2005. They will be delivered by the Central Mail Room to Department Administrators along with their normal pay check delivery, per the schedule below:
