VIEW YOUR 2008 BENEFITS and TUITION EXEMPTION

Use the CU Online Benefits Enrollment System to update your Transit election, view your other 2008 benefits elections, and to print your tuition exemption eligibility. Remember that Tuition Exemption is due at Student Services as early in the term as possible.  

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT 2007 FSA REIMBURSEMENTS: MARCH 31 , 2008

If you participated in either a Healthcare or a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2007, March 31, 2008 is the deadline for submitting your 2007 claims for reimbursement. Please note that any unclaimed money remaining in your 2007 FSA account after March 31, 2008, will be forfeited. For questions about your account balance, please contact the FSA administrator, EBPA, at 1-888-678-3457, or http://www.cbaebpa.com/. Read more.

UHC Transition of Care Application – Deadline: Return to UHC by January 31, 2008

[December 22, 2007-January 30, 2008]
Any active Faculty and Staff enrolled in Oxford for 2007, who did not change their election during Open Enrollment, automatically became United Healthcare members effective January 1, 2008.

We would like to remind you that a UnitedHealthcare [Transition of Care application is no longer available] (PDF) is available if your physician participated in the Oxford network but is not participating in the UHC network.

Transition of care is a service that UnitedHealthcare is providing to Columbia University employees so you can seek treatment from non-network physicians at the benefit level associated with UnitedHealthcare participating providers. Transition of care, provided the form was submitted by January 31, 2008, is available through December 31, 2008. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION.
