Customer Service Forum
Course Description
This lunch-time series meets on the first Friday of the month and offers service providers a chance to learn from and be inspired by experienced service "stars". An invited speaker will start off each session with a brief presentation. Kicking off our first session will be the new VP of University HR, Cindy Durning.
Possible topics to be addressed during the series include: "Measuring Customer Service"; "The Relationship Between Internal and External Customers"; and "Dealing with Difficult Customers". Each session will include Q&A and discussion. Participants are urged to bring their own issues, problems, and difficult cases, and to share best practices.
