In the Spotlight: Peak Performance Workshop
Course Description
Every workday can include a succession of performances. Some are subtle, such as returning a phone call. Others are obvious, such as presenting at a meeting or interview. Do you have the psychological skills to shine when you are in the spotlight, or does "stagefright" get in your way? If you want a greater level of confidence, freedom and enjoyment when you perform, if you want to be able to present to an audience with conviction and creativity while under pressure, then this fun and interactive workshop is for you! You will learn strategies to help you to conquer performance anxiety. You will discover how to focus your attention, use visualization, eliminate self-defeating thinking and calm your inner critic. You'll come away better prepared to be at your best, and to make your next performance a peak performance!
