    The Learning & Development team will work with your individual school or department to conduct dedicated training programs, tailored to your particular learning needs.

    Our team also provides a wide range of other organizational development consulting services.

    Core training programs that the Learning & Development team can directly deliver are:

    • Active Leadership Program

    These programs are part of a larger Leadership Development curriculum that we are developing specifically for Columbia University. We have already piloted with great success in various schools and departments.
