Managing Change and Transition
Course Description
Managers are often faced with the challenge of motivating employees through the difficult but inevitable process of change. Often this process can prove to be frustrating and the catalyst for reduced performance. This course helps managers help their employees move from resistance, to acceptance, to action.
The course teaches how to develop and implement a transition plan, assist your employees in adjusting to change, and identify the most effective approach to managing employees with different work and personality styles through the change process.
