Supervisor's Guide to Corrective Action

    Course Description

    Designed specifically for managers who supervise in a union environment. This course discusses important information regarding the discipline process as set forth by the University's collective bargaining agreements. Topics include progressive discipline and its purpose; "just cause" and "due process"; steps in the grievance procedure; and contract administration.
