    Course Description

    This training program will introduce the concept of Competency Based Interviewing and Assessment. Enhance your interview skills by learning how to screen résumés, set the tone of an interview, use appropriate verbal and non-verbal probing techniques, and assess the motivational/behavioral fit between a candidate and the environment of the department . (Even if your department does not experience a great need for recruiting year round, this course can also be useful for the coaching and performance appraisal processes.)
