Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies

    Course Description

The power to effectively negotiate cannot be disputed as one of the most valuable assets to today’s executives. Superior negotiation skills enable managers to successfully handle conflicting issues in the workplace and, in turn, improve their business relationships and increase profitability for their organization.

Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies develops your negotiation skills, conflict resolution style and decision-making ability by applying a framework of strategies based on psychological research. As you participate with peers in a series of increasingly difficult negotiation simulations (based on real world situations), you will benefit from constant feedback and refinement of new techniques. You will also observe methods for successfully resolving conflicts and examine the impact of cultural differences on the negotiation process.
