    About Changing Your Directory Information

    Once you sign in, an application allows you to view and update your home and work address and/or phone information on record with the University. You can also update your preferred email address, provided that address is already established. It requires a non-beta copy of Netscape (version 3.0) with JavaScript enabled.

    It will only work when the Mainframe Personnel System is running:
    8:00 a.m. -- 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. on Thursday

    It is easy to use:

    • Click on "Employee Address Change" Application Link in the Employee Sign-In box.
    • Enter your CUNIX ID and PASSWORD on the following login screen.
    • Click on the Submit button.
    • Edit your office or personal address or phone.
    • You can navigate through the address form with the scrollbars on the right.
    • Use the Netscape print button to generate a paper copy.
    • Click on Submit to store your changes.
    • After Human Resources approval, your changes will be updated as part of the next mainframe update process.

    However, you can't...

    • Use this form if your address is not in the Personnel Information System.
    • Change you permanent address if it implies a change in tax jurisdiction.
    • Change a foreign address.
    • Change a Current (temporary) address, or update a Permanent Address if a Current Address is also present.
    • Change your email address to one that doesn't exist, or create a new email account.
